Problem: To re-seat a 48-Port 10/100/1000BaseT Ethernet Module Cause: For reasons unknown, a block of twenty-four Wired Data ports have stopped communicating, with the Local Area Network. Affects: Up-to-forty-eight Wired Data ports Started: 09/21/2009 07:00 AM Resolved: 09/21/2009 08:00 AM

This action to be taken is for the Cisco Switch,
Kusch-M1-E1, which is located in the Kusch House.
