The internet connectivity issues that were experienced earlier today appear to have been a result of upstream outages in Chicago and Denver. We believe these issues to have been resolved, but if you continue to experience technical issues, please contact our Network Operations Center (NOC) at 1-800-569-5140 for assistance.
CWRU ISP is currently experiencing internet connectivity issues. "We are working closing with our upstream internet providers to troubleshoot the problem and rectify the situation as quickly as possible. This issue has been escalated with our internet providers and are managing this as a priority one issue."
