Problem: Case VPN Services was down Cause: VPN Concentrator couldn't reach LDAP servers for authentication Affects: Case Users whose trying to establish VPN session Started: 09/25/2009 05:30 AM Resolved: 09/25/2009 08:31 AM
Notes:
VPN Concentrator was rebooted last night during a software upgrade. New version of software was having problem contacting the LDAP servers. However, LDAP servers are operating normally.
VPN Concentrators are downgrade immediately back to the previously version and VPN services have been restored.
