Update: The bulk mailing system has been returned to service.
One set of CPU cooling fans on the bulk mailing server (caravan) have failed. If the second CPU's fans fail, the system will crash immediately. Replacement parts have been ordered, and a technician will arrive on-site by noon on Thursday, Oct. 1. Repair should require no more than 2 hours of downtime.
Delivery of "Case Daily" will NOT be affected by this outage.
