Problem: Defective FAN on UNIX Production Server erpuapp09 (SA). Cause: Hardware Affects: Fan is Redundant, no one affected. Started: 10/15/2009 08:30 AM Resolved: 10/15/2009 09:30 AM
Notes:
FINAL UPDATE: Incorrect part was shipped. Work will be rescheduled when new part arrives.
One of the two redundant fans has failed.
The Fan will be swapped out with a new one. There will be no outage. The Fan Assembly is hot swappable.
