Problem: Failed Power Supply in the UNIX server h-129-22-9-201 (HC) Cause: Defective Power Supply Affects: Power Supply Redundant, no one affected. Started: 10/15/2009 08:00 AM Resolved: 10/15/2009 09:00 AM
Notes:
FINAL UPDATE: Work Completed No Outage.
One of the two redundant power supplies has failed.
SMS will be on location at 8:00AM to swap out the defective power supply with a new one. There will be no outage. The power supplies are hot swappable.
