Problem: Single Sing On (SSO) partially unavailable Cause: One of the SSO servers was in a confused state Affects: Everyone using SSO Started: 10/19/2009 07:00 AM Resolved: 10/19/2009 07:15 AM
Notes:
We are unsure why the server started having problems, but it suddenly began claiming all logins were invalid. Restarting the server fixed the problem.
