Problem: Failed Power Supply in the UNIX server h-129-22-9-201 (HC) Cause: Defective Power Supply Affects: Power Supply Redundant, no one affected. Started: 10/20/2009 01:00 PM Resolved: 10/20/2009 01:30 PM
Notes:
The power supply that did not get replaced last week was jealous and decided to stop working. This is one of the two redundant power supplies has failed.
SMS will be on location at 1:00PM to swap out the defective power supply with a new one. There will be no outage. The power supplies are hot swappable
