Problem: Mail to off campus locations Cause: It may be some sort of network issue since this seems to be affected all off campus mail Affects: All off campus mail - maybe other off campus services Started: 11/22/2009 09:50 PM Resolved: 11/23/2009 06:37 PM

[11/23/09 6:45PM] - The connectivity issues we were seeing with Google have been corrected at their end and at this point all the mail servers have cleared their backlogs of undelivered mail. Mail is now delivering normally. We wil continue to monitor the status of the mail servers but believe that the problems are completely resolved.
[11/23/09 12:00AM] - After much searching by Network Engineering , it appears that the problem is some sort of issue with Google blocking connectinos with our mail servers. We have opened a priority trouble call with them. Although we haven't heard back from them, many of the servers are starting to empty their mail queues, so we are hopeful that they may be working on correcting the problem.
Network Engineering is working on the issue with OneCommunity.
