Problem: Health Services Lab Inteface not Available Cause: Suspected Memory leak Affects: Automated lab reporting fom UH Started: 11/30/2009 05:15 PM Resolved: 11/30/2009 06:15 PM
Notes:
Received report that the lab interface has been unavailable sence last Tuesday. Discussed the last time a similar issue was reported it was suspected to be a memory leak. Installed a limit on the amount of memory available to the database server.
Aggreed to reboot the database server at 5:15pm today. Health Services staff will review the status of this issue once the server reboot is complete and the application is available.
