Problem: An UPS, WW-P6-E1-U1, it has failed its battery test several times recently in the SOM WW SER 6. Cause: to replace its internal battery Affects: data and voice, wired and wireless Started: 12/10/2009 09:00 AM Resolved: 12/10/2009 12:00 PM
Notes:
WW-P6-E1 is powered off of WW-P6-E1-U1, so therefore,
there will be a brief down time, while the internal battery
is being changed out this morning at ten o'clock.
The internal batteries, they are kind of heavy, and
a replacement internal battery, it was brought from
another building, and then the questionable internal
battery was taken back over to the other building,
where it can retested to see if it is actual no good.
