Problem: An UPS, Health-Services-M1-U1, it has failed its battery test several times recently, in the Health Services Building. Cause: to try to fully restore its internal battery function Affects: data and voice, wired and wireless Started: 12/14/2009 07:00 AM Resolved: 12/14/2009 08:00 AM
Notes:
Health-Services-M1-E1, it is powered off of
Health-Services-M1-U1, so therefore,
there will be a brief down time,
while the internal battery functionality hopefully
can be fully restored this morning,
at about a quarter to eight o'clock.
The internal batteries, they are kind of heavy, and
a replacement internal battery, it was brought from
another building, and then if necessary
the questionable internal battery can be taken back
over to the other building, where it can retested
to see if it is actual no good.
