Problem: Hitchcock-M1-U1 Cause: to replace its internal battery Affects: data and voice, wired and wireless Started: 12/14/2009 12:00 PM Resolved: 12/14/2009 01:00 PM
Notes:
Hitchcock-P1-E1 is powered off of Hitchcock-P1-U1,
so therefore, there will be a brief down time,
while the internal battery is being changed out
this afternoon at twelve o'clock.
The internal batteries, they are kind of heavy, and
a replacement internal battery, it was brought from
another building, and then the questionable internal
battery can be taken back over to the other building,
where it can be retested to see if it is actual no good.
