Problem: SSO was not working for some users Cause: program error Affects: Logging into SSO and SSO-protected applications for some users Started: 12/17/2009 08:00 PM Resolved: 12/17/2009 08:38 PM
Notes:
SSO started issuing errors for users attempting to freshly log in on one of the two servers. The cause of the error was rectified and the service on the errant server was restarted.
