Problem: SSO was unavailable for some users Cause: VM migrated to another physical server Affects: approximately 1/2 SSO users Started: 12/21/2009 05:03 PM Resolved: 12/21/2009 05:31 PM
Notes:
For an unknown reason, the VM of one of the SSO servers was migrated to another physical machine. The SSO service was restarted and is working again.
