Problem: KSL Database is experiencing intermitant locking Cause: Bug in the database software Affects: KSL Database and all the applications associated with it will be unavailable Started: 12/30/2009 03:00 AM Resolved: 12/30/2009 04:35 AM

UPDATE: The maintenance was completed successfully at 4:35 am. All KSL applications are up and running.
The KSL database will be unavailable during the 3am - 6 am maintenance window on Wednesday 12/30/09 while the database gets the latest patch sets (Oracle version 10.2.0.4) applied to correct an intermittent problem that has resulted in locking up of the Fedora Application within the KSL application suite.
