Problem: Failed Power Supply in the UNIX server h-129-22-9-200 (HC) Cause: Defective Power Supply Affects: Power Supply Redundant, no one affected. Started: 01/11/2010 11:00 AM Resolved: 01/11/2010 12:00 PM
Notes:
One of the two redundant power supplies has failed. This is a legacy server and no longer in production.
SMS will be on location at 11:00AM to swap out the defective power supply with a new one. There will be no outage. The power supplies are hot swappable.
