Problem: Restart of one SSO server Cause: Upgrade of a module on SSO server (caviar) to try to fix response problems Affects: About 1/2 the SSO users Started: 01/14/2010 01:15 PM Resolved: 01/14/2010 01:20 PM
Notes:
We are going to try applying an update module with some patches that may fix the sluggish response of the SSO servers. If the problems increase we will immediately back out of the changes.
