Problem: Restart of second SSO server (caramel) Cause: Applying module changes to second SSO server Affects: About 1/2 of all SSO users Started: 01/14/2010 06:00 PM Resolved: 01/14/2010 06:05 PM
Notes:
We are briefly shutting down the second SSO to apply the module changes we made on the other server.
At this point SSO seems stable and responsive but we are unsure whether that is due to the changes we made or the removal of some as yet, undetermined trigger event that is causing the issues.
We are continuing to monitor through the course of the day.
