Problem: Email delays again Cause: Unknown at this time Affects: Mail Delivery Times Started: 02/12/2010 10:15 AM Resolved: 02/12/2010 11:30 AM

[2/12/2010 11:30 AM] - We believe we have found the root cause of the problem and have applied a temporary fix that has allowed the queues and mail delivery times to return to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will be working on a long-term solution to the problem.
We are starting to see some delays and our queues are starting to grow again. At this point users should not be seeing significant delays.
Several of the engineering staff are currently engaged on working the problem.
We will post updates as they become available.
