Problem: ONBASE is very sluggish Cause: unknown Affects: ONBASE Application Started: 02/12/2010 09:00 AM Resolved: 02/12/2010 11:51 AM
Notes:
UPDATE: The database was cycled from 11:45 am to 11:51 am and we have been watching it for the last 90 minutes and there is no evidence of slow response.
ONBASE is responding very sluggishly. There is some contention within the database. The database will be cycled at 11L45 to clear up this condition.
