Problem: Failed firewall Node do to heat Cause: Heated has caused hardware failure in 1 of the 4 primary firewall members Affects: Should not effect any connections Started: 02/16/2010 01:42 PM Resolved: 02/17/2010 01:42 PM
Notes:
1 system was rebuilt for hardware issues caused by the over temp problem in the ser.
The other 3 nodes were serviced by the firewall vendor. During service they were also moved to lower locations in the room which should be cooler with the current portable cooling equipment in place.
