Problem: SIS Application Servers were unresponsive Cause: Problems with the overnight refresh of SIS Application Servers Affects: Uses unable to login to SIS Started: 02/16/2010 07:30 AM Resolved: 02/16/2010 08:59 AM
Notes:
The normal overnight refresh of SIS Application Servers did not function properly - some processes were in a bad state due to network interruptions earlier in the day Monday.
SIS applications were restored by 9 AM.
