Notes:
bgpmon has alerted network engineering to several BGP route changes for 2 small network blocks which CASE uses.
1C reports that they have found the problem and have corrected the issue with their secondary path router which was causing BGP routes to not be properly advertised to the INTERNET.
effected INTERNET areas were the EU nations of Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Netherlands
