Problem: UNIX Student (SA) DEV Server ERPUAPPD02 Rebooted. Cause: Unknown Affects: Student Development PeopleSoft Instances. Started: 03/18/2010 08:15 AM Resolved: 03/18/2010 08:45 AM
Notes:
System and Application were unresponsive. Attempts were made to log in to console with no success. Rebooted there sever, all applications are now up and running.
Service Call has been placed with SUN (SUN SERVICE REQUEST 72459618). We are currently collecting data to determine what is causing this issue. We are working on double checking LDAP configuration.
