Problem: IM server to be restarted Cause: Service instability Affects: access to Case IM Started: 03/24/2010 06:00 PM Resolved: 03/24/2010 06:15 PM
Notes:
Due to user reports of instability and logged errors, we will be restarting the Case IM server at 6:00pm tonight. The outage should be brief.
