Problem: Failed Power Supply in the UNIX server h-129-22-9-203 (HC/FS) Cause: Defective Power Supply Affects: Power Supply Redundant, no one affected. Started: 03/25/2010 04:00 PM Resolved: 03/25/2010 04:30 PM
Notes:
One of the two redundant power supplies has failed.
SMS Service will be on location at 4:00PM to swap out the defective power supply with a new one. There will be no outage. The power supplies are hot swappable.
