Korea's Electricity Grid

Here's a startling contrast of North and South Korea's electricity grids. Now, the picture reflects the state of the grid in the evening. In North Korea, since it is so short of electricity, the whole country is switched off at 9PM - apart from the capital of Pyongyang where Kim Jong-il and his cohorts live in relative luxury.

I'd be interested to see what the grid looks like at 8:59 PM.

Also, Shannon, what's so cool about half of Korea being shut off at night? What about people that need breathing machines and the like? Yeah, that's real cool when they just die in their sleep because some communist dictator is funding 3M troops along the DMZ and building nuclear weapons.
