It would make obvious sense:

U.S. citizen get convicted of a DUI which resulted in a death -> prison term

Illegal person get convicted of a DUI which resulted in a death -> deported

Please ask Giraldo Rivera to get in touch with me. I have a situation I believe is of interest having to do with violating rights of patient/advocate with a NJ Doctor and keeping a patient from returning to a nursing home as well as unnecessary medicare charges because of it which we are all paying for.
