Kucinich calls for more 9/11 hearings
How many more hearings should we go through? Now it's like the 9/11 commission did not do enough, and Kucinich wants another round of interviews, reports, and hearings. The 9/11 truthers won't shut up. They believe everything is a government conspiracy. They're the one-issue folks and they are pretty much outnumbered by the rest of the good-minded folks.
It is pretty much ridiculous for people to say they won't vote for Ron Paul because he won't re-open the 9/11 investigation. How about getting the government to re-open the Kennedy assassination?
Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are opposites trying to show the truth, but I really doubt you can put them together as a presidential team.
Ron Paul would do a better job with fiscal responsibility.

The events 9/11 were never investigated once. The commission accepted Bush's conspiracy theory (despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary) and went on from there. America needs Kucinich's investigation.
Paul keeps talking as if he believes Bush did 9/11. I think he is afraid to do anything official about it because it might jeopardize his run for President.
Kucinich-Paul would be a winning ticket. It would stand for peace, freedom and jobs.

It would seem that even if the evidence refutes the accusation that 9/11 was an inside job, the 9/11 truthers would never accept it. They just want to hear that the government did it and nothing else.
All Kucinich would find out is that the government bungled protecting our security and the intelligence community did a bad job. He would call for heads to roll, and want more red tape to ensure that this thing would never happen again.
Ron Paul argues that US policies would eventually lead to terrorist attacks against us. Why would this be a surprise? The US financed Hussein back in the 1980s, we financed the Afghan rebels when the Soviet Union invaded. Eventually, someone would get tired of the US interfering in their country and do something about it. It was bound to happen no matter what. And we will keep on doing it.
Kucinich-Paul as a ticket. I think not. Paul wants to get rid of the IRS. I am sure Kucinich wants to keep it so he can tax us more. Paul wants less government, Kucinich wants more. There are differences.

I agree that Kucinich-Paul is a "winning" ticket, but not in the sense of winning the election -- only that it's the best available from the declared candidates.
I would believe the official 9/11 story, if it was complete. Just to take one example, though, why hasn't the NIST completed its report on the WTC-7 collapse? And why did its report on the other WTC buildings not even attempt to simulate the actual collapse?
The 9/11 Commission, too, ignored many important questions. Norman Mineta's testimony contradicted Dick Cheney's accounts of his day, and seemed to indicate that Cheney had ordered the air defenses at the Pentagon to stand down, to allow the plane to hit that building.
Oh, and since when does Kucinich want bigger government? Had the rest of Congress voted with him in 2002 (and since), we'd have saved $500 billion.
Besides, it's not about "big" versus "small" government; it's about whether government spending goes back into the economy, or gets blown up halfway across the world. Even domestic social welfare programs aren't really that wasteful, because poor people immediately spend every dollar they get.

Kucinich has been talking about these sekrit hearings for months now. The current rumor is that the hearings won't start until September 2008!
Wow, so we are going to have hearings on 2 'discreet topics' that Dennis can't talk about?
If he were truly motivated about 9/11 Truth he would not instantly pidgin hole himself with 2 topics.
And the sekricy?
Dennis is using 9/11 Truth for some easy votes. Ron Paul sounds good but he doesn't have the balls to face 9/11 Truth head on. What gives?

I wish we could vote for debate match ups.
Kucinich vs. Paul (the 'dream' debate)
Rudy vs. Hillary (the 'I love NY' debate)
Thompson vs. Obama (the 'We don't have a clue'debate)

I have no use for Dennis the Menace, but howscome when you see the Demonrats together at a debate, Kucinich comes off as the elder statesman?

Jeff, that's what I am afraid of, but i think the public is turned off by the rest of his policy positions.

At least one independent polling place is claiming differently. Clearly, the site results are biased because of the population that would take a poll on the internet. Regardless, the results are interesting.

You can also take the poll for yourself.
