Nokia next to offer iPhone look-alike

Not a surprise. Do you really think Apple has a lock down on the interface design? A good many phones out there were heading in the same direction.

Plus you should always check the European and Asian sites of the respective phone manufacturers and see what gadgets are coming out for those regions. Usually, it would take months before they appear in the US.

I really think Nokia can not only improve on the device, but make non-touchscreens successful as well. Look at the N95 and the Nokia N82, but high end with 5MP cams and GPS. The iPhone does have a beautiful interface, however falls short in terms of hardware features.

i dont think you can say they have a lock on it. Apple may have a huge lead on others but the market is wide open. Consider the number of available phone users born each day to the number of iphones sold and its a joke. theres plenty of room for growth and competition
