First Entry, MGMT250
Management 250 seemed very intense initially. The course, however, seemed to get easier as time passed. The reason I am taking this course is because it is a requirement for a management degree.
I’m considering a Business Management major since this stream has immense scope in the future and many job opportunities. My family has always been involved in business and I hope to join their business after I graduate. I believe that proper and effective management is the key to the success of any business. I have chosen management with the intention to hone my management skills, increase business intelligence, improve my leadership perspective and solve business issues in order to eventually run my business with all efficiency.

In my experience with MGMT 250, at the beginning of the students often feel that there is a lot of information, but most students soon develop a sense of routine and fluency with the course. I am glad to read that you are experiencing a similar pattern now.
Also, I enjoyed reading about your desire to work in your family's business after you finish your studies. I encourage you to use your Learning Plan assignments as an exercise to consider (and to talk with family) about how you see yourself fitting into the picture in a few years.
Best of luck,
Meredith
