Great Hunger
This is my first podcast. The Great Hunger, written to honor the sesquicentennial of the Irish Potato Famine, was done on a Cleveland Composers Guild concert several weeks ago. This is not that performance (which I don't have a recording of yet) but the premiere by the Coryton Ensemble.

Do you have the legal right to publish this performance online? You may face litigation from the RIAA if not a slap on the wrist from Case.

It's not a commercially-released performance so RIAA (Raping Independent Artists in America) has nothing to do with it. I'm the copyright holder of the music. As for the performance, if you mean "Do you have a signed release form for this performance?", no, I don't (though Mark Satola at WCLV may have one, if it's been on the radio there...I should keep copies of those). It is my understanding that the performers would not object. If either the performers or the University objects (as opposed to some anonymous critic), this will of course come down STAT. I'm certainly not interested in usurping any commercial value another musician might hold in their performances.

RIAA would have little do with this.
Copyright is owned by the performer, or in some cases record labels, publishers, etc. It would all depend if the performer has openly told people go ahead and use it, or if Jeffery (or others) have made special arrangements to use the performed work.
