The most appropriate motto I've heard quoted in regarded to this episode is 'in vino veritas'. Although I have no idea if it was wine, whiskey, beer, or something else that intoxified him.

Or, as was said about L. Sprewell when he tried to strangle his coach, you can take the thug out of the slum, but you can't take the slum out of the thug.


Not that I was planning on seeing any films with Mayan dialogue anytime soon, anyway...
