Carleton manages the news

Carty Finkbeiner (the man who has almost singlehandedly wrested the Laughingstock of Ohio trophy from Cincinnati, who took it from the original holder, Cleveland) got his hands slapped real good by Federal judge James Carr. It seems Carty got a burr up about a local radio station and stopped inviting them to press conferences...then had one of their reporters barred from attending. the judge was not impressed with the idea of press conferences being invitation-only events.
