OH: a great place to drive.
Where else but in Ohio can you blow all zeroes on a breathalyzer and still be charged with drunk driving? Where else do they set up roadblocks by the barrio on Cinco de Mayo "because it's a holiday and people drink", but they get unlicenced drivers instead of drunks? I think I'll stay home this weekend.

They also get the thrill of ticketing for not wearing a seat belt. Or someone throwing a cigarette butt out. It's a great way to meet women too. I know a teacher that lives in Sagamore Hills. She got a DUI on Cinco de Mayo. She was under the legal limit. It almost destroyed her professionally and financially. The arresting officer was Sgt. Podgorski.
