Cindy Sheehan's buddy Mr. Chavez has moved Venezuela's time back by half an hour, joining such renowned and trendy places as Newfoundland...all "for the children", who won't have to go to school in the dark. He couldn't just change school time, could he?

You should have highlighted this quote from the Ministry of Plenty:
"Navarro said the government is planning to announce additional measures to "make more effective use of time.""

I'll have to look up the Spanish for "Ve haf vays of making you come to vork on time".
