Don't build a rabbitry in Powell, Wyoming
Folks tell me about how the West is such a free place. But all it took was one apparently powerful person to get bitched off for the Powell City Council to limit rabbits to 3 breeding pairs.
It's not Hardyville. But not even Hardyville is Hardyville anymore.

Did you notice this:
An existing ordinance limits cats and dogs to just two adult animals per household.
That's more restrictive than my condo association, and that's picky enough as it is.
It's also more restrictive than metro Boston; my cousin's daughter raised (and competed successfully) with rabbits all through elementary, middle and high school, and she certainly had more than six at a time.
However, I guess, given the attitude of the local chief of police, rampaging rabbits must the the most serious threat to law and order there.

You hit it--the town needs a change. Police chief, mayor, city council, chamber. If you are not a part of the good old boys. Forget it the crime rate is the highest in the state but don't 4hers raise rabbits. And don't try to have a business in this town unless you are a member.
