Here are 5 things you can do with a lemon:
1. Make lemonade. Squeeze the juice of about 5-6 lemons; if it equals about 1 cup, add it to five cups of water and then add 1 cup of sugar (or sugar substitute). If you have access to fresh spearmint leaves, add about 10 0f those too. Chill and enjoy.
2.Season fish. Just about any fish (even canned tuna!) tastes fabulous when you sprinkle some fresh lemon juice on it both before and after its cooked.
3.Make Lemon Pie/Pudding. Too involved to go into but, if you can get to a grocery store, pick up a box of Cornstarch and see if there is a recipe for Lemon Pie or Pudding on it (most of them do). If not, go to allrecipes.com and you'll find one.Buy the cornstarch 'cause you'll need it to make the pie/pudding.
4. Add lemon juice or slices of lemons to water. Tastes good and is good for you!
5. Season Vegetables. Lemon juice is an excellent touch for veggies like steamed broccoli, asparagus, spinach. Just use salt, pepper, a little garlic (powder if you don't have fresh)and lemon juice and people will think you're a gourmet chef!
