Step 1: Find someone to take over lease
Well, maybe not step one. My wife and I found a house we are purchasing in Cleveland. Now we have to find someone to move in and take over our lease. Basically you would move in around June 1st and sign a year lease. It is a large one bedroom near Coventry Rd across the street from Lakeview and Mayfield Cemeteries. We currently pay $660 a month which includes heat and water. Parking is $30 a month extra, but is located right next to the building. We currently have 2 spots. Kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal and the bathroom is updated. Washer, dryer, and storage are located downstairs. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment. Yes it is a little messy, but the place doesn't come furnished.
