Official Member of the Gnome Foundation!

Yesterday evening I got my letter officially recognizing me as a member of the Gnome Foundation! I can't begin to express my extreme gratitude and thanks to everyone at Gnome. But I would like to take a moment to thank Joe Shaw, Lukas Lipka, and Debajyoti Bera for basically putting up with me as I bumbled around the beagle code causing general havoc and mayhem.

So, go check out the official membership roll, and while your at it, note one of the newest additions (Thats me ;) )!

Kevin,

Congratulations. Do you have a blog on Planet GNOME? I read it (and Planet KDE) every day, just wondering if I've unknowingly come across your writing before.

Anyway, you should write about your work on Beagle! If there's one thing I love reading about on Planet Case, it's open source contributions from members of the Case community.

I will/do! ;) Jeff Waugh handles all the Gnome Planet administrative stuff, and I shot him an e-mail last night, so well see when he gets around to it ;). (I should also be on beagleplanet.org at some point, but I've been lazy about e-mailing Jon).

Its awesome to touch base with some of the other Open Source kids on the block. Feel free to drop me an e-mail or something if you ever wanna hack it up ;)
