The Nine Managerial Styles of the Enneagram

After conducting further research online, I came across a book written by P.T. Joseph S.J. on a website called The Hindu Business Line. This book demonstrates how personality and behavioral traits influence managerial styles and strategies. The book does this using the nine personality profiles of the Enneagram, an ancient Greek psychological process tool. This book "elaborates on how each type of behavior has a specific viewpoint or belief structure, which determines what is important to that individual and how he or she interacts with others in the workplace." Yet another framework for uncovering managerial style, interesting.
