HR Simulation and annual report


From the results and feedbacks from professor poonamalee on our first annual report, our group found out that we are doing a fine job with our HR simulation. Our company’s two main goals are increasing morale and productivity. We tried hard to improve those; we mainly tried to satisfy our workers. I was glad to see our company’s morale and productivity go up as each quarter went on. Everyone in our group worked very hard to do the best for the company. There were frustrating moments when our plans and strategies didn’t work out the way we wanted it to. However, our team members learned a lot from it. Also, being able to apply management knowledge that we have learned in class, I am truly learning a lot from HR simulation.
