Elderly discrimination

As I said during class, my nursery school teacher is still working, at the age of 82, and the rest of the school has to adapt to the communication style that she is used to. She can not use email, does not understand fax machines, and barely has a grasp on the cellular telephones that they use on the campus. This makes gathering information harder for her, as most of communication happens via email now-a-days. They must place notes, flyers, or signs to help her become aware of a staff meeting. She is very nuturing, caring, and loving towards the students, and I still (to this day) have fond memories of her, but I can understand the frustration of those she works with. It is hard to work with someone who is years behind the world around you.
