Snapshot of Web 2.0 Knowledge in Mid-2008
ZDNet on July 11, 2008 had an interesting article reporting some finding of a report by Forrester Research that looked at development of web 2.0 implementation in organizations.
The report showed marketing and other business units pushed for web 2.0 deployments. IT departments jumped in to the game later. The report also showed a lack of knowledge by many of what web 2.0 and the tools are.
