Ohio Supreme Court Opinion on Traffic Light Cameras Opinion
The Ohio Supreme Court Summary on the holding that "Local Red Light, School Zone Camera Ordinances Do Not Exceed Cities’ ‘Home Rule’ Authority" includes a link to the official opinion.
