Bill Batchelder: Life, Liberty, Property - Has Eminent Domain Been Warped? The Case Legal History Society is holding its inaugural event! Bill Batchelder will be speaking in the Moot courtroom on Norwood v. Horney and Norwood v. Gamble, the first Eminent Domain case to come before a state Supreme Court since Kelo v. New London. Batchelder and Case professor Larry Obhof co-authored a brief in favor of the residents against the city.

Congratulations to Kevin Carter and Ndubisi Ezeolu who advanced to the Dunmore Moot Court Tournament Final Round. Congratulations also go out to Catherine French and Gene Lynch, who advanced to the Semi-Final Round. The two finalists will meet for a head-to-head argument over the death penalty and the mentally ill.
Award ceremony and reception to follow.
