Harrah's Casino
hello everybody,
I would like to mention that having finished my Harrah's Casino case study, I found it not so easy to relate the questions with the knowledge we have reached from class. The questions were very open and I found them not so easy to approach. The fact is that I have finished the case, and finally think that I approached every question in the best way I could. My own opinion about the gain-sharing program is that it is a good policy that promotes motivation and hard work and it is also very focused towards customer satisfaction which is a very important factor for the corporation's improvement.

I agree with you completely about the Harrah's Casino case. When I first started the paper, I did not think that it was going to be that bad, but when I got further into the paper I noticed the questions became very hard to answer. I agree that they were open and broad as well. I found myself questioning lots of things that I had previously written. Hopefully what I put down was right.
