HR Ambiguity

Now that a whole ficticious year has gone by, having seen the evolution of our numbers and financial figures, I can state that the ambiguity of the simulation was greater than I thought and initially expected. Many statements are vague, in the sense that they are very dependent of what ever assumptions a certain group takes into consideration. This means that with the election of decisions in the different incidents, there is not only one appropiate decision, no fixed variables and therefore assumptions are needed in order to make a choice we think is the most effective for our hotel. Dependng on the situation and the perspective we use to look at it, our decision will have different results.

I agree that the simulation is very difficult to gage. It is very hard to figure out what is going on, especially because there was little to no explination of the process in the beginning. I suppose that is due to the fact that they want us to figure it out, but with different results for the same actions, it causes the outcomes to never be concrete. All we can hope is that we will get the hang of the simulation soon.
