HR Simulation

HR Simulation has proven to be both rewarding and challenging.
There continues to be not enough feedback from the COE on the status of the project.
After each incident there should be more feedback other than the short comments on the sheet. In order to truly learn what one has done “right” or “good” we need feedback. I feel there is not enough feedback.

I agree Loretta. While this is a limitation of the HR simulation, we must recognize that a computer simulation can never replace actual employees. However, because we can see this weakness in the software, we must then place more emphasis on the quantitative aspects of the simulation. By seeing how our company is driven by the data we can use trend analysis to discover how manipulate those trends to our advantage.
